TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and participation in any online training course (“Course”) provided by DLUX Professional Australia (“DLUX Professional Australia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 

By purchasing or accessing a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 

 

1. Course Access and Enrolment 

1.1. Access to online Courses is provided upon successful payment and enrolment confirmation. 
1.2. Course access is delivered via the DLUX Professional online learning platform. 
1.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide (including email address) is accurate and up to date. 
1.4. Access details (login and password) are for individual use only and must not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party. 
1.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any unauthorised use must be reported to us immediately. 
1.6 Online courses are available in English and subtitles are available 

 

2. Course Fees and Payment 

2.1. All course fees (“Course Fees”) are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise stated.    
2.2. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. 
2.3. DLUX Professional reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. 
2.4. Course Fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. 
2.5. DLUX Professional reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a Course if payment obligations are not met. 

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations 

3.1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, found a cheaper option elsewhere, or decide not to complete the Course. 
3.2. Once access has been provided to the online Course materials, no refunds will be issued. 
3.3. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team so we can assist. 
3.4. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate enrolment or system error), refunds may be considered at our discretion. 

 

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property 

4.1. All Course content, materials, and resources provided (including videos, text, images, and downloadable materials) are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of DLUX Professional Australia. 
4.2. You are granted a non-transferable, limited licence to access and use Course materials solely for your personal education. 
4.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share Course materials without prior written consent from DLUX Professional Australia. 
4.4. Any unauthorised use or sharing of Course materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action. 

 

5. Course Completion and Certification 

5.1. Course completion requirements will be clearly outlined within each Course. 
5.2. Certificates of Completion are issued electronically upon successful completion of all course modules and assessments. 
5.3. DLUX Professional Australia reserves the right to withhold certificates if Course Fees remain unpaid or if a breach of these Terms is identified. 
5.4. Access to the Course platform will remain active for 3 months from the enrolment date unless otherwise stated. After this period, access will expire automatically. 

 

6. Student Conduct 

6.1. You agree to participate respectfully in all online learning environments, including discussion areas or live sessions. 
6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour toward educators or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the Course without refund. 
6.3. Plagiarism or submission of work that is not your own is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of certification or access rights. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability 

7.1. The Course is provided for educational purposes only. DLUX Professional Australia does not guarantee any specific skill outcome, business success, or employment opportunity. 
7.2. DLUX Professional Australia will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or business, resulting from participation in a Course. 
7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course. 

 

8. Technical Requirements and Support 

8.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device, stable internet connection, and current web browser to access Course materials. 
8.2. DLUX Professional Australia is not responsible for technical issues arising from your personal hardware, internet connection, or third-party applications.

9. Privacy 

9.1. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. 
9.2. By enrolling in a Course, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purpose of Course administration, certification, and communication related to your learning. 

 

10. Amendments and Governing Law 

10.1. DLUX Professional Australia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and apply from the date of publication. 
10.2. Your continued access to or participation in any Course after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 
10.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
